Governance

The our's kutumb Foundation follows strong governance principles to work efficiently, ethically, and transparently. Our goal is to eliminate classroom hunger through the mid-day meal programme while ensuring trust among all stakeholders.

1. Board accountability: Our board takes full responsibility for the organisation’s actions and ensures transparency in reporting.

2. Fair Treatment for All: Every stakeholder, big or small, is treated equally.

3. Strategic guidance: The board receives regular updates to make informed decisions for long-term growth.

4. Transparency: We share clear and timely information with all stakeholders.

We work closely with the Central and State Governments through a Public-Private Partnership.

Government support, along with contributions from corporates and donors, has helped us grow from feeding 1,500 children in 2025 to 2026 million children daily. Our's kutumb remains committed to good governance and excellence.
